We are seeking a Field Project Representative 2 responsible for construction observation, documentation, and administrative duties during the construction phase. You'll interpret contract plans, inspect contractor work for compliance, and maintain detailed project records, influencing project success and client satisfaction. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with construction teams, and the ability to manage RFIs and change orders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in a related field or 1 year with an advanced degree
- Certifications required by local jurisdiction (e.g., ODOT General Inspector, ADA Inspector)
- Valid driver’s license
