Job Summary
On-site Field Project Manager leading daily field execution, vendor oversight, and coordination of assigned construction projects. Ensures crews and subcontractors are prepared, compliant, productive, and aligned with client, municipal, and company standards. Bridges field teams, vendors, management, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans. Responsibilities include pre-construction readiness, permits and locates verification, daily field coordination, QA/QC checks, safety and compliance, reporting, and stakeholder communication with clients and jurisdictions. Requires travel to different job sites within the assigned market and the ability to manage field crews, equipment readiness, and field changes.
Required Qualifications
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements as they relate to the customer and any governmental guidelines
- Ability to lift around 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and work in extreme weather
- Ability to travel to different job sites within the assigned market
- Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction
