Job Summary
Conduct daily field execution, vendor oversight, and operational coordination for assigned construction projects across telecom, power, water, and data center sectors. Review projects for scope and constructability, verify locate tickets, issue 48-hour notices, and confirm permits before work begins. Meet with foremen and vendors daily to review work plans, monitor production check-ins, and ensure crews follow approved methods, safety regulations, and jurisdictional restrictions. Perform ongoing site inspections, QA/QC checks, and restoration verification while troubleshooting technical issues and resolving map discrepancies with engineering. Submit daily reports, damage documentation, and MOT updates, and communicate with management, clients, and jurisdictions to represent the company as the on-site operational leader. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and travel to multiple job sites.
Required Qualifications
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements as they relate to the customer and any governmental guidelines
- Ability to lift around 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and work in extreme weather
- Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction
- Ability to travel to different job sites within the assigned market
