Job Summary
Coordinate and manage commercial construction projects across the United States, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Provide in-field oversight of all project phases, directing trade subcontractors and resolving on-site emergencies while maintaining strict safety and compliance protocols. Forecast project costs and schedules, arrange material procurement, and conduct site inspections with local municipalities to meet customer goals and profitability targets. Partner with clients and design teams to approve deliverables and communicate progress, requiring readiness for 60-70% annual travel, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- 2-3 year of experience in the construction field, preferably with carpentry
- Ability to travel up to 60-70% annually including air travel
- Desire to travel nationwide
- Must be able to work schedules that include: day, evening, overnights, and weekends
- A proven problem solver and team player
- Hiring out of NY (office) or remotely out of FL, NC, TN, or KY
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in related field
- General knowledge of building code and ability to read blueprints
- Working knowledge of project management software and use of Gantt Charts
- Basic computer/typing skills and knowledge of MS Suites software such as Word, Excel and Outlook Office/Email
- OSHA Certification preferred
- 3 years of experience in the construction field
- Thrives in team environment, simultaneously self-sufficient
