Job Summary
Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets by managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple simultaneous jobs. Ensure quality meets manufacturer specs, codes, and standards while conducting real-time inspections to resolve materials, workmanship, and scope issues. Enforce safety protocols, coordinate with production and sales to hit timelines, and track progress toward closeout. Coach crews to improve output and consistency, owning field execution from start to finish. Requires 5+ years of residential roofing experience, 2+ years in leadership, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel. Salary $70,000-$80,000.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential roofing installation experience (asphalt shingles, standard systems)
- 2+ years in a leadership role (Field Superintendent, Production Manager, Foreman, Lead Installer, etc.)
- Experience managing multiple crews/jobs and maintaining quality across sites
- Strong working knowledge of roofing best practices, jobsite flow, and punch/closeout
- Comfortable enforcing standards, making decisions, and leading through accountability
- Familiarity with production tools, inspections, or job tracking systems
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within assigned markets as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with storm restoration / high-volume residential operations preferred
- Experience scaling new markets or standardizing crew processes preferred
