Job Summary
Develop electrical and generator projects from inception to completion by managing field operations, coordinating on-site teams, and ensuring safe, timely delivery within budget. Serve as the technical liaison for scope, installation, and commissioning while reviewing submittal comments, resolving design issues, and updating drawings. Lead project meetings, including kickoffs and submittal reviews, and collaborate with sales, contractors, and application engineers to finalize BOMs and delivery requirements. Track milestone achievements, provide status updates to Nixon management, and engage field service teams before equipment shipping. Travel up to 50% of the time to job sites.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of technical experience with large power distribution systems, three phase UPS systems, switchgear, generators, or batteries
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, or a related field preferred
