Job Summary
Coordinate movement across the project lifecycle from pre-site walkthroughs to post-site punch lists, including receiving, offloading, spreading, uncrating, installing, trash removal, and deluxing products. Inspect appliance installs on site and speak directly with builder foreman/supervisors regarding issues, while delivering weekly project reports to clients. Speak weekly with jobsite installation crews to review ongoing and upcoming projects, report product or site concerns in real time, and document installs in an application generating client-facing reports. Coach crews on install techniques, communication, documentation, and organization; help recruit new crews and assess their readiness; and identify new client relationships. Travel required up to 75% across the Eastern U.S. Lives in the Atlanta, GA metro area.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Disciplined documentation habits and comfort with applications that generate client-facing reports
- A natural mentor who can coach others on-site
- Willingness to travel up to 3 weeks per month across the Eastern U.S.
- Lives in Atlanta, GA, metro area within local commute to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as an appliance installer
- Technical knowledge to inspect work
- Confidence to speak to any issues found
- Bilingual (Spanish)
