Job Summary
Conduct daily administrative and technical management of assigned field projects, supervising foremen, employees, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures. Coordinate project activities, interpret drawings, and recommend construction methods; review daily logs, schedule equipment, and manage material ordering. Communicate regularly with customers, VP Operations, estimators, and office staff regarding status, deviations, and resource needs. Make quality control decisions, approve purchase requisitions, and train personnel in construction methods and safety. Travel out-of-state as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Foreman
- Valid driver's license
- Passing drug screen
- Background checks
- Ability to handle difficult situations tactfully
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and deal with priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision
- Consistent communication with Project Management and customers
