Job Summary
Field Project Coordinator responsible for scheduling coordination and project oversight from inception to completion, generally onsite at the job location. Duties include dispatching crews, confirming hours and documentation on work orders, procuring materials, moving client contents, performing construction repairs per standards, maintaining projects files and reports (including budget worksheets and BOS), updating project managers with status, preparing state/federal paperwork for asbestos projects where applicable, and ensuring timely communication with customers, vendors, and field personnel while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience using basic hand tools, power tools and mild chemicals in a construction or similar work environment
- General understanding of basic safety protocols
- Ability to work with various building materials
- English language proficiency (written and verbal); bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Physically fit to perform duties described
- Good judgment and discretion with confidential data
- Customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Multi-tasking and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Dexterity and good balance
- Ability to follow directions and utilize resources
- Approved respirator physical and fit testing compliance
- Safety training awareness and adherence to local/state/federal regulations
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Field work and office environment adaptability
