Job Summary
Plan and implement project activities for safeguarding the Nong Han Wetland in Sakon Nakhon Province, focusing on water resources management and ecosystem restoration. Collaborate with district officers, sub-district officials, and local communities to enforce sustainable agricultural practices and fishing management. Assist in monitoring and evaluation to develop action plans and ensure compliance with project documents and contractual obligations. Liaise with local and national partners to maintain smooth operations. This fixed-term role supports WWF Thailand's conservation efforts in the Songkhram River Basin and Nong Han Wetland, requiring a Bachelor's degree and one year of field experience with communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Agriculture Extension, Natural Resource and Environmental Management or in relevant fields
- At least 1 years of practical experience and working in the field with communities
- Thorough familiarity with work processing, spreadsheet, and project scheduling computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Thai and English language
- Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skill
