Job Summary
Conduct daily morning launches by assigning jobs, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating crew assignments. Confirm that materials, tools, trailers, and equipment are ready before work begins. Maintain quality, pace, and execution across job sites while providing real-time coaching and course correction. Catch and solve problems before they escalate into costly surprises. Manage end-of-day reporting and ensure next-day readiness. Deliver a seamless client experience by protecting their property and trust. Lead independently with strong judgment, calm under pressure, and clear communication up and down the chain.
