Job Summary
Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and lunch-and-learns while managing logistics including shipping, inventory, swag, and booth timelines. Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives by assisting with customer communications, developing documentation, and organizing sales enablement materials. Maintain organized event inventory and marketing materials, then create polished customer experiences at field activations. Gather customer feedback and sales insights to inform product-focused marketing initiatives. This role collaborates closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to bring product launches, campaigns, and customer-facing initiatives to life.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, product marketing, project coordination, or related roles
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams
- Must live within close driving distance of Winston-Salem, NC
- Must be available to come into the office regularly for collaboration, shipping/logistics support, events, and planning sessions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating events, launches, logistics, or marketing programs
- Construction or B2B technology experience
- Experience With Salesforce
- Customer.io or marketing automation tools
- Event planning and vendor coordination
