Job Summary
Coordinate project planning, develop and maintain schedules, status reports, budgets, and costs while analyzing earned value data to identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure contractual obligations are met, track change management procedures, and monitor cost and schedule trends. Provide hands-on training to team members, supervise project controls specialists by directing workloads and checking deliverables, and interface with in-house departments and third parties for invoicing and cost tracking. Deliver key reports to project management to support strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a Business-related major
- 5-7 years Project Controls industry experience, with up to 2 years in a lead role
- Proficient in MS Project and Primavera
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Familiar with oil and gas pipeline engineering processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Capable of working on multiple projects in a fast paced environment

- Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or office materials
- Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
