Field Planner/Scheduler – Power Generation Construction

Job Summary
Coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform, delivering project status reports as required. Implement project planning and scheduling strategies while managing interfaces between contractors to maintain the integrity of the Program suite. Perform critical path and probabilistic analyses on integrated and contractor schedules to support the EPC master schedule program. Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports while providing quality assurance on schedule performance tracking. This role requires on-site presence in Pecos, TX, with a six weeks on, two weeks off rotation and accommodations provided. Candidates must have 10-15 years of experience with Primavera P6 and large-scale Oil & Gas construction.
Required Qualifications
- Large scale Oil & Gas construction experience
- 10-15 years experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software for large-scale capital projects
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Minimum 10 years of applicable experience
- Experience in the development, preparation, review, baselining of project schedules, with experience in critical path analysis
- Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, etc.
- Must have 10-15 years experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software for large-scale capital projects
- Industry certifications a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Promote and maintain the overall integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the Program suite of project schedules
- Provide interface and quality assurance to Project functional groups and contractors regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance
- Support the project team in the implementation of an integrated enterprise based cross functional and EPC master schedule program
- Perform critical path analysis

- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
