Job Summary
Coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform to deliver project status reports. Implement project planning strategies, manage schedule interfaces between contractors, and provide quality assurance on tracking and reporting for Project functional groups. Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules while preparing customized reports on staffing, engineering, and construction progress. Maintain the overall integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the Program suite, adhering to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. This role requires on-site presence in Pecos, TX, with a six weeks on, two weeks off rotation; accommodations and meals are provided. Candidates must have 10–15 years of Primavera P6 experience and a minimum of 10 years in large-scale Oil & Gas construction.
Required Qualifications

- Large scale Oil & Gas construction experience
- 10-15 years experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software for large-scale capital projects
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Minimum 10 years of applicable experience
- Experience in the development, preparation, review, baselining of project schedules, with experience in critical path analysis
- Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, etc.
