Field Performance Manager, Off-Premise leads a 5-10 person team of Channel Developers to drive commercial opportunities for a large portfolio of spirits in off-premise accounts; responsible for enforcing legal/compliance guidelines, hiring and coaching staff, developing performance strategy, budgeting, POS programming, and coordinating with client and distributor networks to drive market success; requires travel within the assigned territory and leadership across the local unit.
