Job Summary
Develop and execute a quarterly channel marketing plan for strategic partners, aligning partner-facing activities, demand generation, and digital programs with the channel sales strategy to boost indirect pipeline. Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Partner Marketing Managers at key partners, defining strategies to amplify the partner program, activate new sellers, and gain mindshare through incentives and digital initiatives. Package and promote integrated campaigns and content to empower partners, while tailoring delivery based on top-tier partner needs. Collaborate with channel communications, product marketing, and sales enablement to shape segment-specific launch messaging and tools. Manage campaign ticket requests for training, panels, webinars, and social broadcasts, and source high-end giveaway items to differentiate the vendor. Analyze program performance data to identify trends, make recommendations, and build quarterly plans that maximize ROI, while managing and reporting on the channel marketing budget to adjust spend based on results.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing
- Comfortable leveraging marketing automation tools and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performance
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%, mainly to Channel Partner events
- Background checks are required for this position
- Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN's Information Security policies, standards, processes, and controls
- Must be able to receive authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English or Communications, or related field of study
- Experience working for cloud services/security technology company with mid-market focus
- 5-7 + years directly relevant experience preferred
