Field Organizer / Canvassers

Knock doors and conduct one-on-one conversations with voters across Cambridge to share Tim Flaherty's message and identify supporters. Accurately record voter contact results using campaign tech tools while attending team trainings and daily check-ins. Represent the campaign in a positive, professional way at all times to meet daily and weekly voter contact goals. This role requires strong communication skills, the willingness to walk outdoors for several hours, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Flexible schedule includes 35 days per week through Election Day, with hourly pay ranging from $15 to $22 based on experience and availability. Training and support are provided to help you build a strong grassroots movement.
