Job Summary
Field Operator V oversees base operations to support ongoing wireline operations onshore in South Australia, including crew planning, training schedules, base activities, supervision of wireline operations and workshop organization; ensures equipment is maintained and inspected per local regulations; maintains records for pressure-control, lifting, rigging, wireline and E-Line unit maintenance, and facilitates training and knowledge transfer for local personnel; adheres to Baker Hughes HSE policies and legal compliance; requires a high school diploma or trade background and 5-8 years of wireline/E-Line experience with supervisory capabilities; holds a valid driving license and forklift license; IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/Cambridge/OET required for work permit applications; offers FIFO rotation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or trade background
- 5 - 8 years industry experience in wireline / E-Line operations
- Supervisory experience in onshore and offshore operations
- Familiarity with wireline / Eline pressure control equipment
- Valid driving license and forklift license
- IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/Cambridge/OET required for work permit
