Job Summary
Conduct various oil and gas field operating duties and operate equipment on a 9/5 schedule with home every night. Troubleshoot and handle issues as they arise while maintaining strong communication skills as a team player. Must possess required safety tickets including First Aid and H2S, hold a full class 5 driver license, and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Candidates must be local to the Medicine Hat, AB area, as accommodations are not provided. Preference given to those with 2+ years experience, though training is available for the right candidate with applicable oil and gas experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as an oil and gas field operator
- Experience operating oil and gas equipment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, open-minded and learning mindset
- Must be able to troubleshoot and handle issues as they arise
- Required safety tickets (First Aid, H2S, etc.)
- Capable of passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Full class 5 driver license
- Must be local to the Medicine Hat, AB area
