Job Summary
Conduct daily field operations for oil and gas assets, managing pumpjacks, screw and recip compression, and deep/shallow gas systems. Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise and maintain required safety tickets including First Aid and H2S. Operate a full class 5 driver license for site mobility. Candidates must reside in the Drumheller area as no camp or subsistence is provided. This role supports Roska DBO Inc.'s workforce solutions group, which recruits for emergency callouts and contingent assignments across western Canada for production, midstream, and pipeline clients.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 year's experience as an oil and gas field operator
- willing to train the right candidate with related oil and gas experience
- Must be a team player
- strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
- open-minded
- results oriented
- Must be able to troubleshoot and handle issues as they arise
- Must have required safety tickets (First Aid, H2S, etc.)
- Capable of passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Must have full class 5 driver license
