Job Summary
Field Operator for a city-based Public Transport Survey Project in London, collecting information at transport locations using company-provided equipment (iPhone) and following assigned routes. Training and equipment are provided. Responsibilities include visiting transport locations, completing surveys, ensuring all areas are covered, wearing identification, communicating professionally with the public, and traveling as required. Opportunity to work in different cities within Europe and to be supported by an experienced operations team in an international project environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in the local language
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile apps
- Good attention to detail
- Good sense of direction and navigation skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Comfortable walking 6–8 hours per day
- Comfortable using public transportation daily
- Open to travel when required
