Job Summary
Operate specialized injection equipment at residential and commercial job sites to deliver proprietary soil stabilizing solutions that improve ground strength and drainage. Monitor equipment performance, adjust settings for accurate application, and conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance. Follow site plans to ensure proper treatment placement while communicating with supervisors and customers to coordinate daily tasks and meet project timelines. Safely transport heavy equipment using a truck and trailer combination and document work performed including treatment areas and solution volumes. Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean work environment. This role involves working outdoors in varying conditions on a high-performance team serving the local Texas area.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating specialized equipment (Skid Steer, Forklift, Tractor, etc.) in construction, landscaping, or soil stabilization
- Ability to travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout the local area
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with site supervisors and team members
- Ability to follow detailed site plans and instructions with precision
- Commitment to safety protocols and proper use of PPE
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift and transport heavy materials and equipment
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers, inspectors, and stakeholders
- Valid driver's license
- Sight & the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens
- Must be able to regularly and reliably report to work on time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Good manual dexterity (hand, hand and arm, two hands)
- Multi-limb coordination
- Ability to quickly move arms and legs
- Excellent stamina
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with soil injection techniques and ground improvement methods
- CDL-A preferred for transporting heavy equipment using truck and trailer combinations
