Job Summary
Field Operator to safely operate and monitor oil and gas wells, facilities, and related equipment to ensure reliable production and efficient operations. Duties include routine inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, asset integrity, incident reporting, and documentation. Role requires adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies, participation in emergency response, collaboration with team and contractors, and promotion of a strong safety culture. Must be located in Drayton Valley or Rocky Mountain House area; shift-work, safety-sensitive position, pre-employment medical/alcohol/drug checks, and Class 5 driver’s license are expected. Preferred assets and certifications include Journeyman in Instrumentation/Electrical/Pipefitting and related oil & gas process operation certifications; company offers competitive rewards and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Minimum of 5–10 years of oil and gas operations experience
- Grade 12 High School Diploma or GED
