Job Summary
Field Operations Supervisor oversees a team of Field Technicians providing service and installation for Cable One/Sparklight brands. Responsible for analyzing operations and performance to drive efficiency, productivity, work quality, and customer satisfaction; implements standard safety training; supervises Field, System, and Advanced Techs; coordinates training and work assignments; may perform duties of Lead/Advanced Technicians including installing and servicing products; performs after-hours network standby, troubleshooting and repair; inspects field work for conformance with TTC standards and safety practices; requires a valid driver’s license, teamwork, strong communication and technical skills, and the ability to operate power/tools safely. Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for the state of employment
- Ability to supervise a team of Field Technicians and lead a field operations team
- Strong communication, technical and public relation skills
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely
- Experience in supervising field personnel and coordinating installations/services
- Willingness to work in all seasons and regularly scheduled weekends
- Demonstrated ability to be a team leader and to fulfill duties of Lead/Advanced Technicians as needed
- Knowledge of safety practices and Cable One TTC standards
- Ability to analyze operations and performance to improve efficiency and productivity
- Experience with after-hours network standby, troubleshooting and repair
- Customer service focus and ability to ensure quality workmanship
