Field Operations Specialist

Walk assigned vacant homes to ensure they are move-in ready, conducting quality control, move-in inspections, and home curation. Perform basic maintenance and repairs including changing smoke detector batteries, light bulbs, filters, and winterizing units. Prepare properties for scheduled move-ins by identifying issues, removing signage, re-keying, managing keys, reprogramming garage remotes, and installing or removing portable self-show lockboxes. Conduct light cleans such as sweeping and trash removal, verify utility connections, and inspect for scam activity while ensuring marketing materials are present. Perform occupancy checks on eviction homes, post status notices, and appear at lockouts as needed. Maintain a clean vehicle, follow fleet maintenance schedules, and manage inventory within company guidelines.
