Job Summary
Conduct in-person field visits across residential and community settings to verify participant residence, observe safety and wellness indicators, and document household information using approved mobile tools. Coordinate with supervisors, dispatch teams, and quality review staff while escalating safety concerns or reportable risks per established protocols. Complete visit documentation, reports, and data entry accurately, maintaining detailed travel logs, case notes, and communication records. Travel frequently on short notice, including same-day, regional, and overnight assignments, while adhering to strict field safety and situational awareness standards. Protect sensitive participant and government information through adherence to confidentiality, privacy, and information security requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in field operations in related area such as human services, community outreach, case management, investigations, residential/community visits, or similar work
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet company travel and motor vehicle requirements
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in fast-paced field environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare accurate, objective, and timely documentation and reports
- Proficiency using smartphones, tablets, GPS/routing tools, Microsoft Office, and electronic documentation systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Situational awareness skills
- Ability to carry required equipment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to complete required federal, client, and company training prior to assignment
- Ability to pass and maintain a government security background investigation

- Must be able to travel domestically on short notice and on a frequent basis via air and/or ground transportation
- Overnight travel when required

- Must be able to travel 75%–90% of the time
- Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods on various surfaces
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in social work, human services, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, public administration, emergency management, or a related field
- Experience conducting residential visits
