Field Operations Specialist

Own end-to-end vehicle delivery execution: ensure every lease moves from contract to customer with on-time, on-spec delivery and document exceptions for process improvement. Build and categorize a scalable vendor network across vehicle sourcing (OEMs/dealers), transportation, upfitting, and wraps, and classify into preferred and back-up tiers with recommendations for deeper engagement or deactivation. Maintain the quality line by pushing back when deliveries fall short and preserving vendor relationships. Convert institutional knowledge (vendor roster, SOPs, checklists, order-tracking system) into living documents and keep them current as processes evolve. Identify and propose improvements, automate where appropriate, and retire or simplify steps. Earn full ownership of vendor relationships, documentation, and quality standards within the first year. Collaborate with cross-functional partners (sales, ops, customers) and maintain strong written and verbal communication from a home-based setup. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the Atlanta office and mostly remote balance as the team scales; travel is minimal with optional visits to local Atlanta-area vendors and occasional OEM events. Qualifications emphasize operations, logistics, vendor coordination, CRM proficiency (Freshworks, HubSpot, Salesforce), documentation tools (Notion, Excel), SOP development, and prior remote-work experience.
