Job Summary
Field Operations Senior Operator responsible for executing and coordinating field operations and maintenance with autonomy, supporting asset performance and reliability. Tasks include operational support at site, basic troubleshooting, asset monitoring and maintenance support, reporting and documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement. Requires 3-5 years in field operations/technical maintenance, strong safety/compliance knowledge, independent work capability, proficiency with technology for operations and reporting, and English fluency. Preference for technical/vocational certification; Class 3 Driver's license is a plus. Based in Singapore with opportunities within APAC; role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in field operations or technical maintenance roles
- Safety, compliance, and field operations procedures
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Proficient in using technology to support operations and reporting
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude toward improvement
- Technical training or vocational certification is preferred
- Class 3 Drivers License is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
