Job Summary
Directs clinical services operations for the cath lab service line, leads site launches, supervises cath lab staff and service line directors, supports sales through site assessments, develops implementation plans for new cath lab launches, ensures quality management programs (e.g., NCDR), assists with billing audits and improvements, and provides front-line clinician education across prep-recovery and ICU/stepdown settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of Associate’s degree plus equivalent experience
- Active RN, RCIS, RT or ARRT designation
- Five (5) years of clinical experience as a cath lab RN or tech
- Minimum five (5) years of management experience
