Job Summary
Run daily onsite operations to ensure safe, reliable, and accessible transportation for riders. Make real-time decisions regarding fleet supply, driver compliance, and unexpected issues while guiding drivers and addressing their concerns. Transform rider and community feedback into actionable operational improvements using data to diagnose problems and enhance efficiency. Act as the bridge between city partners, drivers, and central teams to implement solutions that elevate the rider experience. This fully in-person role requires 4–5 days onsite per week in Salt Lake City or Park City.
