Job Summary
Leads end-to-end field execution for industrial door systems across North America, overseeing installations, service, and maintenance; directs field technicians and subcontractors, drives safety compliance and quality, and manages subcontractor performance. Builds standardized training programs, onboarding plans, and coaching to close skill gaps; enforces OSHA, EM 385, and site-specific safety standards, ensuring audit-ready documentation. Monitors labor hours and productivity to control costs, supports budgeting and bids, and collaborates cross-functionally with Project Management, Service Operations, Engineering, and Sales to deliver projects on time and within budget. Focus areas include safety culture, onboarding efficiency, process improvements, and strong leadership development for field teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading field operations (construction, industrial, mechanical systems)
- Proven ability to develop and sustain training programs
- Experience managing subcontractor networks
- Knowledge of safety-critical environments
- Strong financial and productivity focus
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30 (required)
- PMP, EM 385, Power BI (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Epicor preferred)
- 2–5 years of project management experience
