Job Summary
Field Operations Manager role leading Pest Elimination operations, overseeing a team of District Managers and Service Specialists, driving sales, service and profitability targets, and ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include coaching and developing teams, optimizing route planning and costs, coordinating with Sales/Technical/Customer Care to improve account performance, monitoring operational/financial performance, workforce planning and training, and contributing to strategic planning and innovation to enhance customer value.
