Field Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage field operations across multiple construction projects with accountability for safety, production, quality, manpower, and project execution. Partner with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Operations leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget; monitor labor productivity, job costs, equipment utilization, and material management to drive project success. Coordinate manpower needs, allocate resources, and reinforce the company's safety culture in collaboration with the Safety Director and field leadership. Conduct regular site visits, safety observations, and operational reviews to identify opportunities for improvement; build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders. Support preconstruction planning, pre-pour meetings, project kickoff meetings, and ongoing operational reviews; provide mentorship and guidance to Superintendents and develop future leaders. Serve as the primary problem solver and escalation point for field issues impacting project performance. Requires frequent travel to active project sites with hybrid work arrangement. Preferred qualifications include OSHA certification, ACI or TCA certification, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience leading large concrete construction operations across multiple projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial, industrial, tilt-up, multi-story, or concrete construction projects.
