Job Summary
Manage day-to-day Home Weatherization field operations, including contractor coordination, field staff oversight, and project execution to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Oversee contractor performance, project schedules, and production pipelines while serving as the primary liaison for contractors, auditors, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and escalations. Conduct field visits, audits, and performance reviews to verify compliance with program requirements, BPI standards, and safety protocols, partnering with QA/QC teams to drive continuous improvement. Analyze production data to forecast capacity needs and develop recovery plans, while maintaining operational reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Requires reliable vehicle for up to 60% local travel and BPI Professional Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (one year of experience can be substituted for one year of education)
- 3+ years of experience in energy efficiency retrofit project management with knowledge and understanding of weatherization measures, energy audits, and health & safety protocols and/or related experience
- BPI Professional Certification (Energy Auditor, BA-P, QCI)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- Must successfully pass a drug screening
- Must have reliable vehicle for up to 60% local travel for site visits, conferences, contractor meetings/trainings and events
- Must be in or willing to relocate to New Jersey to be considered
Desired Qualifications
- BPI Heating Professional Certification
- Experience working with income-qualified programs or utility-sponsored initiatives
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
