Field Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead and direct team members to execute GC-facing projects in the local region, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress per company standards. Coordinate with Project Managers during initiation to confirm pre-deployment requirements, review labor assignments daily to ensure proper skillsets, and report on resource use including forecasting labor, materials, and subcontractor needs. Prepare reports for upper management regarding backlog status, participate in weekly WIP reviews, and collaborate with Sales and Engineering to assist in bidding, design, and procurement of new work. Mentor staff to improve performance and resolve project-level issues while ensuring all direct reports follow policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing projects, ideally in data center or critical infrastructure environments
- Strong background in physical security, including planning and implementation
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Extensive working knowledge of security technologies such as: Access control systems, Surveillance/CCTV systems, Intrusion detection systems, Lock Systems, Network Infrastructure, Intercom System Deployment
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and work across departments
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork
