Job Summary
Field Operations Manager oversees manpower requirements, assigns and trains site foremen, and acts as liaison to the labor union. Coordinates staffing with Project Managers to meet schedules and crew rates, participates in project kick-off and installation planning, mentors new employees, and enforces safety policies. Collaborates with Bombard Mechanical’s accounting and project management to keep project costs and tracking on target; requires valid driver’s license and may involve background checks/drug screening as part of the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the HVAC/Plumbing/Pipefitting/Mechanical Installation field.
