Job Summary
Lead and manage landscape maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality results. Develop and implement maintenance plans that meet client specifications, coordinate project scheduling, and conduct regular site inspections to assess landscape conditions. Monitor progress, maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and train staff on safety protocols and best practices. Foster strong client relationships through effective communication while overseeing quality control measures. Requires high school diploma, three years in landscape management with two in supervision, and Landscape Technician certification within six months. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and safety protocols

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Minimum of 3 years in landscape management or a related field
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Ability to obtain Landscape Technician certification within six months of employment
