Field Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversees manpower requirements, supervises site labor personnel, mentors and trains staff, and liaises with the labor union. Coordinates with Project Managers and Foremen to ensure staffing aligns with project schedules and crew rates, participates in kickoff meetings to communicate bid information to installation teams, ensures safety policies are followed, tracks project costs, and collaborates with accounting and project management to keep projects on target. Maintains installation planning with site personnel and ensures adherence to safety, staffing, and cost targets on Bombard Mechanical projects in Las Vegas, NV. Includes on-site leadership, supervision of General Foreman/Foreman, and ongoing staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in the HVAC/Plumbing/Pipefitting/Mechanical Installation field
- Valid driver's license
- Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required
