Oversee and inspect roofing projects from planning through completion to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence; manage installation teams with focus on continuous improvement and training; review proposals, contracts, and change orders; visit job sites to monitor progress, safety, and site quality; coordinate crew scheduling and procurement of labor, materials, and equipment; assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity; ensure accurate paperwork throughout projects; maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Project management experience within the roofing or related industry
- Strong ability to communicate with homeowners regarding process, change orders, and payment collections
