Job Summary
Field Operations Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned commercial electrical projects from initiation to completion. Plan, staff, and coordinate resources; ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, NEC) and adherence to schedules; communicate progress to managers, customers, and partners. Lead staffing and performance actions with HR, oversee training for staff electricians, forecast manpower needs, and manage project progress, equipment usage, and safety procedures. Maintain strong emphasis on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement while navigating changing conditions and project constraints. Requires valid TDLR Registered Journeyman or Master Electrician License; typical Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with potential additional hours based on project demands; Austin, TX location.
