Job Summary
Manage the branch's visit schedule and patient-clinician matching, adapting the 8 a.m. plan in real time to ensure patient wellbeing and high utilization. Directly report to the General Manager as their right hand, overseeing clinician assignments based on location, drive time, and visit frequency. Escalate any operational risks hours before they become crises and verify that technology-driven work is completed correctly. Leverage existing home health agency scheduling experience to drive utilization while AI handles legacy data entry.
Required Qualifications
- Experience scheduling for a home health agency
- Knowledge of the morning board
- Experience with call-offs
- Experience with frequency math
- Fluency in HCHB or a similar EMR
