Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve dynamic technical issues for complex electrical and mechanical systems at customer sites, providing maintenance services and implementing corrective actions. Partner with Support, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address concerns, while coaching staff on safety and operational best practices. Maintain detailed daily records of resolutions, time, expenses, and materials, and remain prepared for on-call customer service calls requiring short-notice travel. Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on product performance and reliability, and engage in regular product and software trainings to support ongoing skill development.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in electrical/mechanical technology
- at least 3 years of experience in complex machinery or industrial equipment
- Ability to work long hours in noisy and busy environments
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Strong customer interface with commitment to customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use software to diagnose issues
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
- maintain a clean driving record
- Passport is required
- highly responsible individual who can work independently and manage priorities
- Experience using Linux
