Own the hardware registry and inventory, keeping the Sydney workshop organized while supporting the Austin team as needed. Execute simulation testing on a regular cadence to surface issues before they reach the field, then triage field issues and package bug reports for the software team. Support demos and international deployments with on-site hardware and configuration support. Roughly one week per month is spent in the field, requiring Australian citizenship and willingness to travel.
