Job Summary
Coordinate field operations to ensure crews can execute work efficiently by eliminating delays, coordinating logistics, and resolving issues quickly in the field. Responsibilities include confirming jobsite readiness, ensuring materials and equipment are available and staged, coordinating site logistics, arranging delivery or transport of materials and equipment, ensuring equipment is functional, coordinating last-mile logistics, responding to field issues in real time (including after-hours), troubleshooting access/materials/equipment problems, escalating issues when necessary, tracking crew arrivals and delays, and maintaining clear communication to support project execution. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills are essential, along with a valid driver’s license and willingness to work outside of standard business hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or related environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours calls and issues (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to various job sites as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate job sites for extended periods
- Comfort with overnight shifts and after-hours availability
