Job Summary
Field Operations Coordinator at USA Renovations coordinating field readiness and logistics to keep crews productive and projects on schedule. Responsible for confirming jobsite readiness, ensuring materials and equipment are available, coordinating last-mile logistics, and resolving field issues in real time, including after-hours. Supports execution with after-hours availability, travel to various job sites, and clear communication to internal teams to prevent delays while overseeing overnight/shift work as described. Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or a related environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours calls and issues (required)
