Job Summary
Field Operations Coordinator responsible for conducting vehicle assessments and inspections using OPENLANE's mobile app, coordinating with dealerships to ensure adherence to inspection standards, and submitting detailed reports. Will liaise with sales, operations, and dealerships to maintain smooth workflow, assist in marketing efforts by distributing materials to buying dealers, and maintain strong cross-team communication. Must have 5+ years of automotive experience, valid driver's license, and proficiency with electronic inspection-report submission. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 8a–5p PST, with work centered around Fontana/Jurupa Valley, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive experience as a vehicle mechanic or equivalent mechanical background
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Proficiency in using technology, including electronic submission of inspection reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
