Job Summary
Receive, inspect, stage, and secure project materials before construction begins, verifying all equipment and tools are ready for crews. Coordinate daily activities with subcontractor crews, monitor workmanship, and assist with quality control while identifying and correcting field deficiencies. Read and interpret electrical drawings to resolve issues by coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project management teams. Promote safe work practices and protect customer property throughout the site. This entry-level leadership role develops skills for independent project supervision under mentorship from experienced leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
- Ability to read electrical drawings and construction plans
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow into a Construction Superintendent role
