Job Summary
Field Operations Assistant responsible for inventory management, stock control, after-sales service, and facility operations at the Matola stockist point. Ensures accurate inventory tracking, timely stock issuance and reconciliation, compliance with procedures, and smooth operations; supports end-to-end supply chain activities including tagging, labeling, stock counts, IDC scanning, and reporting to the warehouse supervisor. Requires detail-oriented, organized individuals with strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills to maintain high operational standards in delivering clean cooking solutions across Africa.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 - Academic qualifications
- 1-2 years of stock & Inventory management
- +- 1 years of supply chain management experience
- Understanding the FIFO/LILO Standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Preferably female Candidate.
