Job Summary
On-demand Field Operations Assistant visiting local school sites to ensure programs run per HOKALI standards. Responsibilities include assisting with daily student check-in/out, supporting Educators during class transitions to maintain proper supervision ratios, remaining on site until all students are safely dismissed, setting up and organizing materials, assisting with cleanup, communicating supply needs and incidents to the Site Coordinator, helping manage snack distribution, providing additional supervision as needed, and upholding safety standards with immediate incident reporting. Travel between Visalia schools is required and travel costs are fully covered. Schedule options include 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM; compensation is $35/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Experience in Field Operations positions or similar
- Experience in School Environment (Must)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
